- Clarify coaching - contract - objectives / programme, between "Employer" and their proposed coachees.
- Develop a clear curriculum pathway, which separate mentoring from coaching sessions as a USP (unique selling point).
- Cultivate a learning and development Intervention - based on competency frame which delivers a incremental curriculum pathway that graduate the ratio of Mentoring /Coaching from Ratio 5:1 to Ratio 0:6
(b): Establishing Commitment
