Uncovering answers through inquiry, openness and exploration in aspects of Starting-up a business perspective via  Business model canvas 

Customer reationships - (Competency 5):

  • What relationship does each customer segment expect you to establish and maintain?

Customer  segments - (Competency 6):

  • For whom are you creating value? 
  • What are the customer segments that either pay, receive or decide on your value proposition?

Channels - (Competency 7):

  • How does your value proposition reach your customer? 
  • Where can your customer buy or use your products or services?

Cost structure - (Competency 8):

  • What are the important costs you make to create & delivery your value proposition?

Revenue streams - (Competency 9):

  • How do customers reward you for the value you provide to them? 
  • What are the different revenue models?

Coach and coachee agree the following possible steps as to what will happen:

(a): Summary of actions to be taken:

  • Be more supportive when coaching the concept of "customer relationship".
  • Clarify whether the "Customer  segments" are focused on "Starting up a Business or Developing an on going Business. Moreover, clarify needs / expections of employees/coachees when considering propositions.
  • Promote new e-learning, coaching/training channels and the introduction of a Premier Membership subscription.
  • Improve quality of the performance / effectiveness of coachee's Coaching Business, so as, to be rewarded with more clients from employers.
