Topic: Improving performance effectiveness of coachee's Coaching Business.
Goal (outcome): To incorporate the 7 Eyed Supervisory Model, so as, to enhance coaching effectiveness?
(1) The client (Coachee) situation.
- What is an example of a typical problem you wants to help your client / coachee with?
- What are your client's Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s?
- How is the issue presented, and how does this relate to agenda of the past coaching sessions?
- When do you see a resolution to the problem?
- What - in your experience - currently works (AI)?
- Where does the client / coachee fit into 7 Eyed Supervisory Model?
- How would your organisation measure your client's KPIs?
- Who is responsible?
(2) The coach's interventions.
- What kinds of intervention have been made, so far?
- Why have you selected - Curriculum Pathway Development - as your rationale for an intervention?
- What else could have been done?
- When will an intervention be rolled out?
- How will you ensure this will be actioned?
- Who, in your business, is responsible for progess chasing the project management of the intervention?
(3) The coach's relationship.
- What do you belief is going on at both a conscious and an unconscious level between the coach and coachee?
- How will this activity affect the outcome of the work?
- Why would paying attention to this part of the system assist with the underlying psychological climate of the work / process?
- How would the coaching relationship assist in maintaining the integrity the contract?
- Where does the coaching relationship fit into the improvement of the coache's performance and effectiveness the coaching business?
- Who is responsible for developing the relationship?

o Finalize the curriculum path with the Employer.
o Competencies test for the Leader Team.

o Setting up a meeting with the Chairman to finalize the curriculum path moving forward.
o Working with the HR Team to finalize the competencies framework and design the test/first version.
